Having served as both an end-user and a decision-maker, I possess a comprehensive understanding of the necessary steps to effectively navigate the requirements process and establish clear expectations for the final outcomes of a program.

My focus encompasses program management, product support, system sustainment, and training. My experience spans the entire lifecycle of defense programs, from initial planning and development to acquisition, sustainment, and disposal. By integrating a strategic vision with day-to-day operational processes and applying best practices, I am committed to assisting your organization in addressing complex logistics, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall readiness.
